Charges are pending, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsleader.com\/story\/news\/local\/2024\/10\/14\/vsp-one-seriously-injured-in-i-81-crash-in-weyers-cave\/75673684007\/\">Staunton News Leader reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the parked semi truck was not injured.
