The force of the impact dislodged the large metal container from his trailer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The incident forced the closure of the bridge as ODOT inspected it for damage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Investigation of the incident revealed that Mikhay was not permitted properly, and was not authorized to haul the load in the dark.
