The tractor trailer then veered off the roadway and got stuck on nearby railroad tracks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The accident halted southbound traffic, causing a 2018 Nissan box truck driven by 31-year-old Michael Ngo to crash into the back of a stopped tractor trailer driven by 38-year-old Alberto Mata.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ngo was pronounced dead at the scene.
