This week, Michigan police arrested a truck driver after discovering a large amount of cocaine concealed in his semi truck.<\/p>\n

According to the Berrien County Sheriff\u2019s Office (BCSO), police received a tip about a shipment of illegal drugs that was in transport along I-94.<\/p>\n

Shortly before 8 p.m. on November 18, BCSO located the suspect semi truck and performed a traffic stop on eastbound I-94 at mile marker 34.<\/p>\n

With assistance from Michigan State Police, the truck and trailer were searched. Police uncovered 123 pounds of cocaine concealed on the vehicle.<\/p>\n

The estimated street value of the seized drugs is $1.5 million.<\/p>\n

The truck driver, later identified as 22 year old Canadian resident Sukhraj Singh, was arrested and transported to the Berrien County Jail to await charges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
