Regional Police<\/a>, officers pulled up to the driver as he was stalled in the intersection and discovered him attempting to connect his air brakes with zip ties.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The unnamed truck driver was issued seven Highway Traffic Act charges, including Operating an Unsafe Vehicle.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Waterloo Regional Police Service monitors, enforces, and investigates road safety
