No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe truck failed to move over despite passing two Thruway vehicles and signs warning of the work zone and lane closure ahead,\u201d the NYS Thruway Authority said. \u201cThere is no excuse. When you see flashing lights, work zone signs or reflective gear \u2013 SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER if safe.
