Pulled the truck in, searched and found the weed that I had no knowledge about. He then put me out of service and put the violation on MY PSP report and give my coworker the possession citation. <\/p>\n<p>He assured me the whole time that I was in no trouble at all and here I am two months later trying to find ANYONE who has ever seen a similar situation. This is for a construction materials delivery company and this cat didn&#8217;t have to have a CDL. <\/p>\n<p>I got setup, I already know that. This was literally my first day out driving they sent me right across a set of scales and boom they f&#8217;d me. I&#8217;ve submitted a correction on DataQ&#8217;s and contacted a lawyer but has anyone ever seen anything like this?<\/p>\n<p>Coworker had the weed shoved in his boot and we traveled less than 30 minutes to the destination.
