The low trailer then got stuck on the roadway, leaving it blocking both lanes of westbound I-10.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>An oncoming Texas DPS trooper then struck the stuck trailer while heading westbound.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The trooper was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
