He was issued a $750,000 cash bond.<\/p>\n<p>The charge was issued in connection with the death of 40 year old tow truck driver Hussain Farhat, an employee of Yaffo Towing out of Chicago, Illinois, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100064784733889&amp;__cft__[0]=AZWGKj0DaWl4HZ8xpBVX1OqNOnIQ37irO9-w3V4uNrmXxhXImamqgaS63E0-F5p9Sz0QUCvy7CjTgdOE6D8pW1XZfH-RG12CAD1lM1vZSHQ-beb0jYN4KzdNa7y9IuNo6K8PGFrvWtv-48uPFwiu7dCKPAiHLKWLqSirwwqyhJ6ndZQ2afQ3joT5v-a3OMUUrKA&amp;__tn__=-UC%2CP-R\"><strong>Waukesha County Sheriff\u2019s Department<\/strong><\/a> (WCSO).<\/p>\n<p>Shortly before 7 p.m. on December 24, Farhat was loading a disabled vehicle on eastbound shoulder of I-94 in Waukesha, Wisconsin, when he was struck by a blue minivan that fled the scene.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox6now.com\/news\/waukesha-county-fatal-christmas-eve-crash-man-charged\">Fox 6<\/a>, a witness told police that the minivan was traveling at speeds of 80 to 90 m.p.h.<\/p>\n<p>Farhat was transported to a nearby hospital. He was pronounced dead on arrival.<\/p>\n<p>On December 25, WCSO received an anonymous tip about the suspect vehicle possibly being located at a residence in Wales, Wisconsin.
