Atlantic Avenue and Railroad Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delraybeachfl.gov\/Home\/Components\/News\/News\/858\/395\">Delray Beach city officials say<\/a> that a\u00a0Brightline passenger train\u00a0collided with a\u00a0Delray Beach Fire Rescue\u00a0ladder truck.<\/p>\n<p>Three Delray Beach firefighters were hospitalized with injuries<\/p>\n<p>Twelve people from the train were also transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Delray Beach Police Department, officials from\u00a0Brightline, and the\u00a0National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).<\/p>\n<p>Brightline shared video of the collision and asked the public to \u201cnever drive around crossing gates when they are down.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">From the Brightline Safety and Security Team: Railroad safety is a community wide effort.
