Hopson\u2019s co-worker Anderson Todd\u00a0has since been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.<\/p>\n<p>Following this incident, the Kroger warehouse was reportedly shuttered for four days for the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Local outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox13memphis.com\/news\/its-tough-truck-drivers-waited-72-hours-to-access-kroger-warehouse\/article_d8805b16-c6ff-11ef-8bf3-7b92fb73aae4.html?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR0QbnD4lfznoioBtQGAnlWWYnDHPPHoGpjsZZADiGfAa_9uG3X3sUNptWk_aem_fiZYYnoG_LWOF7k1FobSUw\">FOX13<\/a> reports that some truck drivers said that they waited up to 72 hours inside their trucks at the facility, spending the weekend after the Christmas holiday in line.<\/p>\n<p>Truck drivers also said that they were hauling loads of fresh food when the distribution center shutdown occurred.<\/p>\n<p>Truck driver Dennis Wade told the outlet that the wait had cost him $1000. Another truck driver, Martin Acosta, said that the distribution center closure cost him about $3000 in lost loads.
