An approaching semi truck loses control and nearly strikes the parked police vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is so close and is exactly why the Move Over law exists,\u201d SPD said.<\/p>\n<p>Police said that the truck driver involved has not been located or cited because \u201cno one could break away from the accident at hand. To lose a cruiser from the scene would have jeopardized the other officers open scene.
