td-fix-index\">\n<p>A truck driver was arrested following a police pursuit near Beaver, Utah, on Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Around 3:30 p.m. on January 9, the Sevier County Sheriff\u2019s Office (SCSO) received a call about a semi truck driving recklessly on I-70 at mile marker 67.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" but the driver reportedly failed to stop and continued operating erratically.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kslnewsradio.com\/2170429\/semitruck-fire-beaver\/\">KSL<\/a> reports that police used spike strips to try to stop the semi, but it continued driving onto I-15.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" black smoke.<\/p>\n<p>The driver eventually brought the truck to a halt three miles north of Beaver.<\/p>\n<p>Police placed the truck driver under arrest without incident.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries were
