The Arizona Department of Public Safety<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(AZDPS) is asking for public help in locating a semi truck and driver involved in a hit-and-run crash in November.<\/p>\n On January 16, the AZDPS put out a call for help from the public in locating a truck that was involved in an injury crash on November 8, 2024, in southern Arizona.<\/p>\n Officials say that the crash occurred at 9:18 p.m. on November 8 on westbound I-10 near the Avra Valley Road exit (milepost 243) in Marana.<\/p>\n A 72 year old truck driver was on foot outside of his disabled tractor trailer when he was struck by a passing semi truck.<\/p>\n The truck driver sustained severe injuries in the crash.<\/p>\n The second semi truck driver did not stop.<\/p>\n AZDPS says that the suspect vehicle is a white semi truck with damage to the front passenger side.<\/p>\n Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip online at azdps.gov\/tips<\/a>, referencing incident I24066577.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
