{"id":18317,"date":"2025-01-29T23:37:28","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T23:37:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pro-truckdrivers.com\/blog\/loves-pushes-back-opening-of-new-ohio-truck-stop\/"},"modified":"2025-01-29T23:37:28","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T23:37:28","slug":"loves-pushes-back-opening-of-new-ohio-truck-stop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pro-truckdrivers.com\/blog\/loves-pushes-back-opening-of-new-ohio-truck-stop\/","title":{"rendered":"Love\u2019s pushes back opening of new Ohio truck stop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_84\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p>The opening of a new Love\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/cdllife.com\/2025\/truckers-rank-top-ten-truck-stops-for-2025-top-honor-goes-to-ohio-service-plaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">truck stop in Ohio<\/a> has been pushed back due to construction delays.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The opening of the truck stop at the Belmont Morristown exit of Interstate 70 on Route 149 in Belmont County, Ohio was originally planned for the first of this year, but has been pushed back to later in 2025 due to issues described only as construction delays.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtrf.com\/ohio\/new-ohio-loves-travel-shop-country-store-was-expected-to-be-open-at-the-first-of-the-year-now-pushed-back-to-later-in-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WTRF<\/a>, an official, updated opening date has not been provided by Love\u2019s. However, a Love\u2019s representative says that the company is \u201cexcited to join the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Once finished, the location will feature a tire store, a Godfather\u2019s Pizza, a Hardee\u2019s, and even amenities geared towards tourists rather than truck drivers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmenities are planned like a dog park, they\u2019re gonna have camping spots for travelers that are traveling with campers. And so it\u2019s gonna be quite a facility. A little bit of a unique facility when you think about truck stops.
