Move the decimal 2 spots to the right gives you .09, close to .1%, or 1 TENTH of a percent. Also, if you kill somebody when you crash your truck, that is also a homicide.<\/p>\n<p>FWIW, I met a serial killer once about 45 years ago, before I drove a truck. He was taking women who were addicts and &#8220;ladies of the street&#8221;, and killed maybe 6 before he got caught. He just cruised the sleazy places night-people used to go to back then (all-night diners, after-hours clubs, etc).
