A truck driver unknowingly dragged a wrecked car for over a mile after the teenage driver crashed into the back of his truck on Sunday morning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The accident happened on Sunday, February 23rd at around 9:45 a.m. on the Mississippi River Bridge along Interstate 10 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.\u00a0<\/p>\n
According to WBRZ<\/a>, the car was driving erratically just before crashing into the back of the semi truck on top of the Mississippi River Bridge<\/a>, wedging the car beneath the tractor trailer.\u00a0<\/p>\n The truck driver unknowingly kept driving until another motorist who witnessed the crash was able to flag him down and alert him that something was wrong. The semi truck traveled a mile and a half down the interstate before coming to a stop blocking the Washington Street exit.\u00a0<\/p>\n The motorist was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as 19-year-old William Gray. No further information has been released.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
