A truck driver was rescued from his destroyed cab after rolling into a creek near a Nebraska rest stop on Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The semi truck crash<\/a> happened on Monday, February 24th in the Platte River rest area eastbound parking lot off of Interstate 80 near Ashland, Nebraska at around 11:15 a.m.<\/p>\n

According to WOWT 6<\/a>, officers arrived to find the truck driver conscious and alert in his crushed semi truck cab after his rig rolled into the creek.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Crews worked to extricate the truck driver, who was then transported to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
