Propane Question

I’m pretty new to propane, been hauling gas and ethanol for years though. I have been told that I need 60 PSI in my trailer to load. Here’s my question, if I get below that can I build pressure back up by loading through the vapor line instead of the spray line? If not, how would I go about raising the pressure in my trailer?
