Especially when it’s been a little soggy for a few days. This guy could’ve continued east for 6 miles or so to an exit and flipped around and came back. Instead he blocked the eastbound lanes of I-80 and could’ve caused an accident. He’s lucky someone had a chain to pull him back out of his mess.
