So while at idle my truck would read 14.2 volts when I would drive it would drop to 13.3 everything I was reading said the alternator belt or alternator. I checked the belt and it appeared fine. No cracking or not dry. I replaced the alternator and now I’m still getting over 13.2 and it drops when not driving to 13.0 in effort to fix it.
