Hello! I’m headed to Garland, TX Monday to go through the three 3-day assessment process of turning a conditional job offer into a final job offer.
Despite 4 years of clean driving and having been a trainer, I’m nervous as crap. I already left my previous job and don’t really want to go back there, even though I can if I have to.
I saw in a 2021 thread here that the test is done in a manual transmission truck? I haven’t been in one of those since CDL school in Spring 2019. I thought all the WM trucks were automatics? What’s the story on this in 2024?
If you know of specific YouTube videos or training resources I would do well to study, or have direct knowledge and suggestions to ensure I pass these assessments the first time around, I’d be very grateful.
