The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will restrict all commercial vehicles from traveling on several interstates ahead of an expected winter storm.
Parts of Pennsylvania are under a Winter Storm Watch for Wednesday night into Thursday morning, with a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain expected to begin Wednesday evening, causing widespread ice accumulation.
Due to the storm predictions, PennDOT has issued the following Tier 4 (ALL commercial vehicles) travel restrictions:

The following Tier 2 restrictions (Empties & Loaded Tandem Trailers w/o Chains or ATD Onboard) have also been announced:

The travel restrictions will remain in place until further notice from PennDOT.
