A fellow driver and I had a debate the other day.
At the Boise City, OK exit on 287 has a Green Weigh Station sign that says “Weigh Station Next Right”. At the exit it says Weigh Station.
Then another sign below it says
Boise City

Do you have to go in for a green sign with white lettering?
I was under the impression you only had to go in when a White Sign with Black Lettering states “All Trucks MUST enter weigh station” or similar wording.
He says you have to stop there. The signs do not state All trucks or CMV’s MUST exit.
But I don’t run wild all over like he does, so I wasn’t sure. I’m limited to Colorado and Kansas. Our signs have the white sign with black lettering that direct trucks into the weigh station.

So I’m confused as to the proper legality here.
Thanks.
I tried to attach pics but the forum doesnt allow for that. So I posted the google map links.
