I don’t think this is legal but my dispatcher and his boss say OK during daylight hours – driving with inoperable Headlights and front signals. What is the consensus here?
Due to a fault in the body control module the front lights don’t work sometimes. I dealt with it for a couple days then started to push back when they magically started working again. Now they stay on 24X7 with tape across the switch so I don’t turn em off.
I’m considering stopping at a weigh station for their opinion. Calling highway patrol was useless. They just said we dispatch, can’t advise.
