This notice is to inform you of suspicious activity that has been recently aware of through many drivers. Falsifying logs, speeding up 10 hr breaks, not paying drivers. This type of activity will be reported to the (BBB) better business bureau.
In addition all advertising post on social media will be reported and listed as a scam The FMCSA will be notified of these activities as well, trucker forums to warn drivers of companies in the Chicago area that practice these type of activities and offer bogus lease purchase programs.
It takes years to build a solid reputation and only 15 min to destroy it. Drivers have a DAC that follows their background and a company has one as well. No company likes their truck abandoned and a company should not abandon a driver and not pay them for the work they performed. The consequences come with highly negative reviews.
There are labor laws and law firms standing by waiting to handle such activity. The best advertisement is by word of mouth and believe me when it does the company will eventually feel it.
Truckers are a dime a dozen!
Trucking companies are also a dime a dozen. Skilled truckers are not cheap! Cheap truckers are not skilled. PAY YOUR DRIVERS! For future reference, be careful where you send your trucks!
