I have a friend needing a truck moved and he's requesting me to drive it. Tandem drive truck but the front drive axle only has the outer rims and tires on it while the rear drive has all 4 rims and tires. Does anyone know if it's legal to drive the truck like this or do I need to find some matching wheels and tires to put on to make this a legal truck to drive.
